I was going to write about the wonders of figure modeling as a way to make some extra money on the side today, but I came down with a nasty migraine this afternoon and am still trying to shake it. I’ll try again tomorrow.

I have modeled before and I have to say, it isn’t for everyone. Not everyone is comfortable enough with 20+ people staring at them for a couple hours at a time. Also, if you want to do a good job, you need to be able to have good muscle memory. I was comfortable with my body and had the ability to fall asleep (and not twitch!) in really interesting to draw poses, but there are people who just can’t sit still. But you are right, it is darn good money! And I loved seeing what people would draw of me.
