		<description>My mom just isn't very savvy like that. She takes forever to reach any kind of decision regarding getting rid of anything. 
Also, over the past couple of months, she's revealed that she doesn't like my fiance, so I highly doubt she would want to give him money to insure my hand in marriage.</description>

		<description>If your Mom didn't want to give you the diamonds (Which I understand), and had been divorced for going on 20 years...why not sell ring/stones and use the proceeds towards your ring? Or towards herself...makes more sense than just holding onto it for the sake of it.
